"I share my personal knowledge in various ways throughout the workshop

inspired by different methods.

We’ll laugh, think about how our bodies work, and build our stamina and strength. We’ll do improvisation and technical exercises, mixing them together to improve both creatively

and physically."

- Eldad Ben Sasson, Dance Artist

Come as you are,

no steps to remember,

no rules to follow
only curiosity
and a body that wants to move

Two hours of improvisation
play, imagination, flow
We let memory speak
chasing traces in space
we laugh, we sweat
we keep going without breaks
as improvisation never stops

each moment a chance
to listen, to respond,
to surprise ourselves
keep openness

Together we create a space
to find freedom, rhythm,

strength, and joy
in the simple act of moving

About

Eldad Ben Sasson Photo

'triangle' workshop

Triangle is a unique dance workshop inspired by the great choreographers of our time with whom I have had the privilege to work and collaborate. It offers dancers an immersive experience to explore and integrate diverse movement languages, expanding their versatility and creative expression.

The choreographic influences merge into a structured language that I have developed through personal experience, built around three core elements: the somatic (body), the technical (knowledge), and the performance (narrative).”

This approach fosters a deep connection between the body

and sensation, balancing sharpness

and softness through

fluid movement.

It merges

traditionaland contemporary

forms, incorporating

geometric patterns,

spatial awareness,

and improvisation to

challenge dancers in

both technique

and creativity -

pushing boundaries

and enhancing

dynamic expression.

The narrative unfolds

through contrasts, revealing truth in unexpected ways. Expressive movements, rich in unique

qualities, shape a story inviting emotional and

physical exploration. By blending diverse styles, dancers expand their versatility and gain a deeper understanding of contemporary dance.

This workshop is open to dancers at various stages of their artistic journey.

PROFESSIONAL DANCERS: Refine an ability to work with choreographers and translate movement into a more communicative language.

EXPERIENCED DANCERS AND TEACHERS: Engage in exchange, deepen a practice, and explore a fresh studio approach.

BEGINNERS: Develop a dance language and build a strong foundation.

SOMATIC & IMPROVISATION PRACTITIONERS: Bridge the practice with technical modern dance.
